I'm back.... with some cookies!
Haven't been here for a while, sorry.
I 'm really into improving my Etsy store, baking and cooking now, trying new technics with my tutus and hair accessories and will add some jewerly too. My head is spinning with ideas.
Its been so hot here in Atlanta lately, boiling hot, so me and my family using every free minute trying to chill by the  pool.
Here is my latest baking success. Double Chocolate Cookies from http://www.marthastewart/ .com. Yumm....
Here is the recipe:
1 cup all purpose flour
1/2 cup Dutch cocoa powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 pounds milk cholate, half of that coarsly chopped and other half cut into 1/4 inch chunks
1/2 cup (1stick) softened butter
1 1/2 cup granulated sugar
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Preparation:
1. Preheat oven to 325F. Mix together flour, cocoa powder, baking soda and salt and set aside. Melt 4 oz of a coarsly chopped chocolate with butter in the small heatproof bowl over a pan of simmering water; let cool slightly.
2.Put chocolate mixture, sugar, eggs and vanilla in the bowl of an electric mixer and mix on medium speed ( I succesfully used fork for that part of the recipe). Reduce speed to low and gradually add flour mixture. Fold in chocolate chunks.
3.Usin an ice cream scoop put dough onto perchment-lined baking sheet, spacing 2 inch apart. bake until cookies are flat and surface crack. Takes about 15 minutes. Cookies should be soft. Let cool on the wire rack and enjoy. Thay are really yummy. My husband can not stop eating them.
Thank you Martha Stewart for another great recipe! Try it, you will not be disappointed!
